Legal Practice

Christine E. Arendas is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Adoption Law.  Following an extensive career as a paralegal, Ms. Arendas was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2006.  She was admitted to practice in the United States Middle District Court in 2008.

Ms. Arendas focuses her practice on adoption, estate planning, family matters, guardianships, probate and surrogacy. She lectures on issues of adoption in workshops, seminars, meetings and in-service trainings.  She has also served as a guest lecturer at Barry University Orlando School of Law.

Ms. Arendas is a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys.  She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.  Ms. Arendas has mediated matters pertaining to foreclosure, debt collections, probate and guardianship matters.

Ms. Arendas is the past President of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers and currently serves on the Executive Strategic Committee.  Ms. Arendas also serves as the Vice-Chair of the Legal Aid Society of Osceola and Director/Agency Attorney for A Chosen Child, Inc., a licensed, not-for-profit child placing agency.
